Our requirements are:
Stellar academics with demonstrated success, preferably an advanced degree, from a recognized school with a good, and preferably, leading reputation; and either a CPA/CA for our audit/ assurance/ accounting group, and an MBA and or CFA for our corporate finance and advisory groups.
Our people are solid team players with capabilities to work independently as it becomes necessary.
